My experience with Kohler’s after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. It has been over 3 months, and my issues with the bidet and body jets are still unresolved despite repeated complaints and follow-up emails. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of continuity in service. Every time, a new service agent is assigned. So far, at least 4–5 different technicians have visited for the same issue, yet no one has been able to fix it properly. There seems to be no coordination or accountability. The Kohler body jets cost around ₹18,000, and already one out of the two has stopped working, which raises serious concerns about product reliability at this price point. Overall, the experience has been: • Poor after-sales support • No proper resolution despite multiple visits • Lack of ownership from the service team • *Questionable value for money* Kohler is positioned as a premium brand, but based on my experience, the service does not match the price or expectations. *I hope this feedback is taken seriously, but as of now, I cannot recommend Kohler.*

Dear Sir, We have been utilizing Kohler India products through our Mauritian dealer, Estelle Thomen, who has been our primary contact. Unfortunately, we have encountered several challenges with the dealer's responsiveness, particularly regarding their introduction of products in Seychelles. Their delays in delivering materials have been a significant concern, especially as we recently completed renovations for 150 rooms in 2023. Since the installation, we have been facing persistent issues with our toilet flush system, which have not been resolved in a timely manner. Initially, the approvals were based on a mockup model of the flush system with the material code 20085IN-M-NP, which included mechanical W accessories. However, the model we received was changed to a different one, with the material code 20085IN-P-NP, featuring a pneumatic system. This alteration has led to considerable problems with the toilet flush system since its installation, causing inconvenience for both our staff and guests. While the Kohler technical team has been supportive in addressing these issues, we are in urgent need of a permanent solution to enhance the guest experience at our hotel. The ongoing issues have resulted in unexpected additional expenses, which is particularly frustrating given the investment we made in a brand as reputable as Kohler. We are committed to resolving this matter swiftly and effectively, as it directly impacts our guests' satisfaction and our hotel's reputation. I sincerely urge you to assist us in finding a lasting solution to these challenges, as we cannot afford further disruptions to our operations. Thank you for your attention to this pressing matter.

Decent place for bath and bath fittings, but personally I wouldn't recommend, as they do not have matching fittings and colour in various products making you compromise on your design. Better brands available elsewhere with color sets and designs.

Great place with lots of product variety. They show you live demonstrations of the products before you buy them, which is very helpful. A must-visit place if you are looking for quality and transparency.

Sorry we just walked in without appointment but the sales executive Ms.Khushboo gave us the best service with choosing fittings , commode and basin etc also matching colors as per our tiles .. we had the best service n thank you so much 👍
