The Kohler Experience Center in Bangalore is worth a visit if you’re renovating or building. You do need to book an appointment, but that’s actually a plus,they spend time first understanding your needs before showing you what fits. I had the most fantastic experience. We were helped by Aiyappa, who made the experience smooth. Patient, approachable, and clear about how the products actually work in daily life. He kept us within budget without compromising on what we wanted. The center itself goes beyond just displays. You can try live water demos (showers, faucets, everything!!) which makes a huge difference. I finally understood what a “3-function shower” or a “shoulder shower” was after seeing it in action. The setups range from simple and practical to full-on luxury, depending on your budget. I liked that everything is under one roof, which keeps the design language consistent and makes after-sales easier. My only wish : the kitchen sinks and faucets section was limited. Would’ve been great to see the entire range there too. I left with a clear idea of what I wanted and some real excitement about the project. Definitely a place to checkout out if you’re redoing your bathroom.

Had a fantastic experience at the Kohler Experience Centre! The staff was knowledgeable and guided me through their impressive range of products. The showroom itself is beautifully designed—definitely worth a visit if you're looking to upgrade your space with elegance and quality.

Visited experience center and received good knowledge about the accessories and bathroom fittings from Aditya. He explained the features and provided suggestions as per our requirement. We could easily finalize our needs.

Had a disappointing experience at the Kohler Experience Center. We visited to explore bathtubs and mentioned a budget of around ₹1.5 lakh. The receptionist smirked, holding back laughter and said they don’t have anything in that range since they are in the “premium segment.” This felt dismissive, especially since Kohler’s own website lists bathtubs starting from around ₹16,000. Definitely not the kind of customer experience one would expect from a reputed brand. Edit: Kohler reached out and apologised for the negative experience. They even offered to help me select a bathtub.
