Had a horrible encounter at first when their classist receptionist Mr Shikhar sharma, told me that he can't let me have some to assist because I denied to share my personal details because of privacy reasons. When I asked if this was their company policy, he said it's not company policy but this is what he has been told by his seniors. Then he said, they anyway don't encourage walk ins as it's mostly on appointment..to which I further asked again if that's again their company policy to have some someone assist only walk ins, and he repeated again, that it's not a company policy but we don't have staff usually to entertain walk ins. I was amused and had gotten my mother along to see the products. I walked around for 20 min and asked a staff person to explain a specific product but he was least interested. Eventually I asked the receptionist to make me speak with the manager in charge and Ms Ankita attended to me. She heard me and was regretful of what happened and patiently took me around and attended to all my questions. Thank you Ms Ankita. I suggest the owner of the brand to better put a polite and understanding individual at the reception desk instead of a well suited elitist as that person is the first point of contact. There's a way to communicate why you need details and you must understand why someone would not share their details. I would have pursued this legally had Ms Ankita not intervened.

Initially I was unhappy with the service but when Aditya was appointed to me .. he took me through the entire space with a lot of care and attention to detail. Thanks Aditya !
