Kohler Experience Center - Delhi - Reviews

I visited Kohler experience centre and Ankita was superb in explaining each product. We were unclear about many things early on but Ankita carefully explained each function, cost, material, finishes + the tea helped us in deciding. The shower systems were really interesting and mindfully designed. Thank you for all the help team!

It was great to experience all the bathroom fittings and designs. Rohan assisted us with everything around the experience center and gave us every info needed.

Mr Kapil bansal sales person misguided about the product and pricing and after that stop answering calls.These type of sales person create bad image of the brand

The experience centre is built beautifully as per the Standred of brand. But the reception team and sales team are really pathetic. They will not offer the water as well if you visit without appointment. They only take your details and they don't have the knowledge about how to handle the customer. Definitely experience centra staffs are very irresponsible. We visited today there were only 2 customers there but after waiting 1 hour they are unable to give any information to us. Infact they did not offer a glass of water as well. I think the sales person was doing the rounds as a favour to us...it is appaling that such a huge company is employing such high nosed, knowing no end to themselves staff. Receptionist doesn't have any knowledge of the slot. She only help to specific known customers. The products are fabulous but the experience overall has left such a bad taste that we are neither going to buy any products and nor will we suggest anyone to visit that centre.

Visited the kohler experience center, I must say it was an amazing experience. Thanks to Ms Neha for briefing us about the products so patiently.
