The Kohler Experience Centre is undeniably a beautifully curated space, showcasing an impressive and stylish range of Kohler’s premium bath and sanitary products. The design and layout are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged across two floors. Ample parking is a big plus, especially for a location in South Delhi. However, while the infrastructure impresses, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Despite the staff appearing free—some were casually sipping coffee—they made no effort to attend to walk-in visitors. Unless you’ve taken a prior appointment, don’t expect much assistance. This “appointment only” approach seems more like an excuse to avoid engaging with walk-in customers, which is disappointing for a brand that prides itself on luxury and experience. If you plan to visit without an appointment, be prepared to explore the centre on your own. It’s unfortunate that the staff presence doesn’t match the otherwise premium setup.

Their smart technology integration—like motion-sensor faucets and intelligent toilets—brings a futuristic touch while maintaining user-friendly simplicity. The finishes are not just beautiful but durable, and the ergonomic designs elevate everyday use into an experience of comfort and class. As an architect/interior designer/homeowner (you can adjust this part), I always recommend Kohler for clients who seek sophistication without compromising performance. Truly a brand that transforms spaces into experiences.
