Kohler Cubicals: A Disappointing Experience I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent installation of Kohler Cubicals in my home. The entire process has been riddled with unprofessionalism and numerous issues. The team, managed by Yash Desai, Pratik Mahatre, and Habeeb Rehmani, fell short in several areas: Inconsistent Measurements: The team visited my property four times for measurements, despite the simplicity of the project. The same instructions were provided to the interior decorating team on multiple occasions, yet inconsistencies persisted. Delayed Delivery and Partial Shipment: The delivery of the glass was significantly delayed, and only a portion of the order was delivered. Delivery Personnel Assistance: The delivery personnel requested help bringing the glass into the building, despite the "doorstep delivery" service being advertised by Kohler. This was particularly frustrating as an elevator was readily available. Late Installation and Incorrect Placement: The installation team arrived four hours late, causing a disturbance during the building's silent hours. To make matters worse, they proceeded to install the glass in the wrong location, despite being instructed to wait for confirmation. Lack of Senior Site Visits: No senior representative from Kohler visited the site to address the issues, citing their involvement in other projects. Unresponsive Senior Management: Senior Mr. Anirudh failed to respond to calls or address the concerns raised. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Kohler Cubicals. I urge the company to either provide comprehensive training to their team or reconsider the future of their Cubicals department due to its apparent incompetence.
