Please please please do not order anything of kohler from this outlet they have no idea or any kind of contact in kohler and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The owners have no idea of what they are selling my bathroom work is stuck because of them from past 15 days When I finally managed to get someone’s attention, they say we have no idea how kohler works this coming from someone claiming to be flagship store of kohler . To make matters worse, after placing my order for some fittings, I was given only half items and not the full set and when i ask them for the full set they claim kohler only makes half set for other half i will make it and give it you The process was a nightmare, and not only did I waste my time, but I also received no apology for the hassle. Kohler should be very careful of who they give or allow to call flagship store I would not recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your bathroom needs!
