The prices keep changing frequently. Initially, it was 470, then the next day it became 450, and after two days it increased to 500. This is quite surprising. I visited for a one-time purchase of all the accessories required for my three-floor house, but this inconsistency is really unexpected.

Highly expensive store. (Double Price rates). Staff behavior is good but it's their trap to attract customers. Moreover there is no return and exchange on products which doesn't make any sense. It is much better to buy from any other retailer shops outside of Exhibition road.

For normal to medium range customers, better to look for some place which is more friendly. My experience was not good as sales person was either tired or not ready to show items. One extra star for a sales person on 2nd floor where he showed me many door locks as per my requirements.
