Very disappointing experience with this Kohler showroom in Surat. The delivery was repeatedly delayed despite multiple assurances, and every promised date was missed. Communication was poor, and I kept receiving false promises instead of honest updates. The product quality may be good, but the customer service and commitment to timelines were far below expectations. I would not recommend them unless they significantly improve their reliability and customer experience.
