Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased three Kohler Maxstow mirror cabinets, and two turned out to have defective hinges. The technician acknowledged the issue, inspected the products, and confirmed that replacement would be arranged. After weeks of follow-ups and even receiving confirmation that replacement was being processed, I was suddenly informed that it had been rejected without any explanation. Installation support promised at the time of sale was also nonexistent. Premium prices, defective products, and poor after-sales service—certainly not what I expected from a Kohler dealer.

Please check with other Kohler dealers before buying from here. We will get best rates from other Kohler dealers in Madhapur. This particular dealer quoted 16800 for Kohler Strive single bowl steel sink of size 24*18*10 & I had bought the same for 12900 from a Granite shop in miyapur. 30% less price than this dealer price!!! Even other Kohler dealers quoted far less than this outlet. But as they needed some 1 day time to get stock, I had to buy from a granite shop. I can share quotation given by other Kohler dealers for 13500/-

These people are charging GST on top of MRP which is a fraud. They are showing that they are giving a discount and then adding GST on mrp. When i caught this fraud they say you can buy from elsewhere and kohler cant dictate what we are doing. The owner and the staff are all hand in glove in this fraud.

I had a wonderful experience visiting this showroom. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional, guiding me through all the options with patience and genuine care. Pathetic service. First of all the adress is incorrect and next when I call them they are open until 6pm but the shop was closed before 3pm . You can imagine how serious they are to sell their items
