No body bother to pick phone. I wanted to enquire about Koehler bathroom products and range. I think Kohler doesn’t want customers.

It just did not give a showroom vibe. The staff are not helpful and the owner sitting on ground floor too is loud. When I inquired about free complementary installation as mentioned on Kohler website, I was told to call company. I inquired about warranty and was told again to contact company on phone. Dude, why didnI come to your so called showroom then. When I offered to pay, was told, go there to the QR code. Its not as if they were super busy, in fact, there was no other customer present. Simple courtesy would have been to get the QR code to the customer or put it where you are doing the billing. I simply gave them a skip for my next purchase. The Devata outlet in Kotla Mubarakpur has much much better customer service with curteous helpful staff.

This Shows the Opportunity you can have in your Bathrooms. Pretty Spacious and Surpringly Kohler has Products at every Price range. Definitely a must visit before renovation your House.
