arrogant rude owner ,I clicked one photo made huge deal out of it kept arguing about it continuously, rates were way more than others!

Very disappointing experience. I purchased 11 packets of tiles, and 4 packets were damaged. When I contacted them, they promised replacements, but at the store, they only provided two loose tiles—and even charged cash for those. Overall service was poor. Delivery was also delayed, requiring constant follow-ups. If you buy from them, thoroughly check all tiles beforehand to avoid issues. Note: They are only providing standard, generic responses. Despite having all customer details, they are neither helping nor resolving the issue.

My experience with BJ Interior Mall LLP in January 2026 was deeply disappointing. I bought 18 boxes of floor and wall tiles based on a specific assurance that I could return unopened boxes and get replacements for broken pieces. The owner refused to honor this agreement later. It is clear that once they have your money, they do not care about customer service. The staff seemed to sympathize with me but could do nothing. I am writing this to warn potential buyers: get everything in writing or look elsewhere.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! OWNER is very arrogant and irresponsible he gave us the wrong tile and when we asked him to changed he refused and said it is not his fault,there was no option to give 0 star otherwise I would done that,will recommend not to buy tiles from his shop

Had a pathetic experience This shop Sell broken tiles and claim that 10 percent of the tiles bought will be broken If you ask them for replacement they act very rudely start abusing Please buy at your risk because they expect you to check each and every time before buying otherwise you will get broken pieces of tiles

Sweet talker. Promises a lot initially but does not take back any tiles bought extra. I had to pay for half the breakage tiles though delivery to my site was his responsibility. Poor experience.
