Abhishek Sales Team, Very bad experience at Arun Ceramic. When I was at the Arun Ceramic showroom for selected tiles. I took some time to choose the tiles. After selection I was looking for sales team. I found Abhishek. I asked him about tiles stocks. And he asked me what quantity was required. I said about 20 boxes are needed. On that I returned home. The other day they called me and said they had 42 boxes in stock. Make payment and collect now. Well I paid the payment and I told him to send it by porter. After they received the payment, they said the tiles are out of stock and it will take 2 more days to arrive. Well, I gave him 2 days. After 2 days he is not responding to my call, I am trying him. Finally after 8 days I got the manager's number, I spoke to him and he asked for a day's time. I gave it to him. Finally the manager arranged the tiles sent from my place. And some tiles are damaged its ok I rd 6 boxes extra. Its managed.

❌❌❌I don't recommend this place anymore worst service I have ever seen and this people delayed stocks to deliver for more than 3 months, after they receiving the payment they don't even respond for your calls,and while receiving the stocks even they did not inform us about the shortage stocks for what they have sent ,and they have stretched the delivery for more than 2 months to fulfill the shortage items, the owners and the staffs are literally same they don't care about customer service, due to this people our housewarming ceremony got postponed 🤬
