I feel cheated after buying Kohler products for my two bathrooms. 1. Information provided by sales team was completely misleading, for e.g. for faucet, he said we could open it with coin. In reality the faucet filter open with coin and when I tried it, the filter broke and it took 300 rs to buy new filter. 2 Faucet key was missing in all faucet boxes. When asked about the key to showroom, they said there is no such key... 3. Today, I raised a request to clean faucet and water flow was low, the service engineer came with a faucet key and it it took 2 min to open wash and reinstall the key...the charges were 200/- per faucet. Thus, would recommend everyone to be aware and research well before reaching to this showroom.

The sales team is very slow in responding. It's been more than 6 days, but they are not able to send the quote as well. On the contrary, other brands send the quote within hours. The service of the sales team itself is not prompt, I don't think they can provide good service after sales as well. Very disappointed in this brand.

Not recommended. Purchased 20+ products from here. Some different products were sent which were not selected by us (later replaced) and after certain time when plumber opened each box for fitting the seat cover was missing. When informed to the store they say you will have to purchase it now as you should have verified each and every product at the time of delivery. Can you share a number where I can share the details and my contact?
