Purchased Kajaria tiles from Mr. Charan, he's been excellent with his services from assisting us in choosing the tiles uptil getting the tiles delivered at our location. He was able to give us the best price and we're very happy with our decision. Mr. Charan was very prompt, responsive and patient, our purchase was stress free.

Sent us the used stuff. Didnt get on calls.. Have been trying to reach for 7+ days already

Recently, we bought 2 Kohler products at Arun Ceramics. We were kindly assisted by Mr Charan who was very helpful, knowledgeable and guided us in selecting the products. He explained and answered our questions patiently. I would highly recommend visiting Arun Ceramics for sanitary ware and tiles.

❌❌Worst experience ever. They will take the order and stretch you for the delivery as long as they can. I have received after a month that too most of products received are wrong also not to forget some are still pending to be received. Check each and every thing at that time when you receive the products. One product was sent broken they are not taking charge of that. After paying so much buying such costliest product they are sending wrong defective pieces. The attachments sent are also wrong. What else should I say. Buy from there at your own risk. Also they will not pick up your calls, I am doing 50 calls daily they are not answering. DELAY DELAY DELAY is all you will get. ❌❌❌❌

No one answering our question for 15 mins and then said they don’t have the kitchen sink.

One of the best showroom the staff are very helpful to select the right material specially Charan..they have so many options in the tiles section and delivery was on right time as given overall a good experience..

Hope these guys lost interest in business , won’t respond to calls. Very busy , not able to handle the huge customer crowd I hope
