I recently visited the Kohler Experience Centre and all the pieces on display were very unique and the well-done interiors definitely did them justice. Special thanks to Ms. Andrea who guided us around the entire place and answered all my queries. Each product shown was explained to us in detail. The staff were also very polite and hospitable. Overall it was a great experience.

A stunning blend of design, art, and innovation. The space feels like a luxury design gallery, with beautiful bathroom suites, live product trials, and unique artist-crafted basins. Ms.Andrea beautifully guided us through the entire experience and the staff is knowledgeable. The ambience inspires you to reimagine your home. Definitely worth a visit for anyone who loves great design.

Walking into the Kohler Experience Center feels inspiring from the moment you step inside. You can see, touch, and try out the designs, explore the finishes up close, and get helpful guidance from the design consultant ms. Andrea Stephen and the team. It’s a space that makes you imagine your dream bathroom or kitchen coming to life.

Ms. Andrea was wonderful! She took the time to show us all the products and explained everything so clearly. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and pleasant.I really appreciated her guidance!

As per my observation several time when we called to technician for repair then they visit and saw the issue after that they provide quotation after approval we allowed to the rectify the issue after half an hour other issue will come again called to Kohler technician then they send different technician he telling other issue .it is very poor service technician can't find out exactly issue.Avoid Kholer item and go any other company.

The experience was really good. A great collection to have a look at. Special thanks to Mr Pavan the way he showed us all their products and understood what extactly we need.

The experience centre is well-constructed, but very poorly managed. There is no clear communication anywhere that the centre operates strictly by appointment. I drove nearly one hour through heavy Bangalore traffic, only to be told I had to wait because I didn’t have a prior appointment. I waited another 45 minutes at the centre, hoping someone would help me, but even after the staff finished showing other visitors around, no one came to attend to me. It was frustrating and completely unprofessional. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at such a facility. If appointments are mandatory, please communicate it clearly. Visitors should not be made to waste their time like this.

Good experience, broad and amazing collection, but do need more matte finish collectives for the current market

Had a very nice time experience at this store. Excellent collection. Ayappa was very well informed on the product and patiently walked us through all the details while giving us options that fit our requirements. Mist visit.
