I Had a wonderful experience at Kohler! Right from the reception, the staff was extremely warm and courteous (luxury showroom) A special mention to Mr. Aman Pandey, who was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. We had so many questions, and he answered each one with great knowledge and patience. Even after we left the showroom, he continued to guide us over WhatsApp and phone and helped us look for options within our budget. If we buy Kohler, Aman will definitely be one of the reasons! His genuine approach and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Thank you, Aman, for such a pleasant experience and thank you for the coffee aswell 😊

I have been trying to visit kohler from the past 2 months atleast. I physically went there the first time and had the worst experience. There is some girl at the reception who keeps pushing us off. When we visited she litrally told us- 'aap ghoom lije center, kuch puchna hoga to btaiyega :D' There was no one to tell us about the fittings! Such a big store and no one to attend customers! Even after that visit i was told multiple times that there is no appointment left for the next 2-3 days or we close at 6pm. By that same girl. She is there at the reception to push away the deals. @Kohler, please remove her from the desk or you will surely loose business.

Had an absolutely amazing visit here. It’s way more than just a regular showroom—the live displays and interactive setups really give you a feel for the design and engineering behind everything. A huge shoutout to Rohan Raj, who helped me during my visit. He is an absolute gentleman—incredibly patient, professional, and took the time to explain the tech and features without making me feel rushed at all. Total visual treat if you appreciate good design, and the top-tier service makes it even better!
