Kohler is a bad company, i have installed all fittings from kohler, worst divertors, it takes 3-4 minutes to get required temperature. Their systern plates are such a mess. New plates get stuck and team is suggesting to carefully press the same. All in all very poor quality from kohler. my family and friends using jaquar has better satisfaction. This is written after the kohler guy has said ki ye to aisa hi hota hai

against my complaint i got a call from sales team they told me directly that if something missing call us we will resolve in 24hr *do i and my plumber have to wait for this mistake from dealer side * do we have to suffer interms of time and money and 20km drive 3 times for this repeated mistake from dealer side. * should my family have to listen from dealer side that "do as much complaint as you want" when i told him don't make KOHLER brand look fraud. IF YES (AS THE KOHLER REPRESENTATIVE SAID) THEN I WILL TELL MY COLLEAGUES TO AVOID KOHLER BRAND AND GOING FORWARD WITH MY CASE TO CONSUMER FORUM AGAINST DEALER AND KOHLER.
