Visited the Experience centre on 31 st August. The centre itself is exceptionally beautiful with so much variety. Priya from Kolar helped us today. She explained everything in detail with a lot of patience. Had a great experience

Very disappointing experience at Kohler lagpat nager delhi.The staff member, Mamta Joshi, was extremely rude and arrogant in the way she communicated with us. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the entire experience unpleasant. For a reputed brand like Kohler, customers expect staff to be courteous, respectful, and willing to assist. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service and staff conduct in the future.

Kohler Experience centre is indeed very helpful in understanding the products in detail. I am convinced to buy your thermostat diverter and hope to finalize the deal Soon with your dealers. A special thanks to Bhawna for alligning the appointment at short notice and to Gaurav who explained patiently every product we were interested in.

Most hopeless product. I am repenting yo hv chosen Kohler. Recently moved to a newly constructed flat, which has Kohler fitti gs in all washrooms. NONE of the toilet cystern is working, either yhe toilet water tank has leakages or the so called hydralyic buttons are not working. Multiple complaints and visits by Kohler service guys has yielded.no result, it seems whole of team is inexperienced, they just visit to say hello to their fittings and leave without providing any solution. For past 3 months its same story

I Had a wonderful experience at Kohler! Right from the reception, the staff was extremely warm and courteous (luxury showroom) A special mention to Mr. Aman Pandey, who was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. We had so many questions, and he answered each one with great knowledge and patience. Even after we left the showroom, he continued to guide us over WhatsApp and phone and helped us look for options within our budget. If we buy Kohler, Aman will definitely be one of the reasons! His genuine approach and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Thank you, Aman, for such a pleasant experience and thank you for the coffee aswell 😊

This is unique experience centre with entire luxury range of Kohler products. On top of that entire staff from Security, reception, attending Sales team were very courteous and I highly recommend to experience this centre.
