Kohler India का बेहद खराब अनुभव! फिटिंग में कई समस्याएं हैं और बार-बार शिकायत करने के बावजूद टेक्नीशियन की सहायता नहीं मिल रही है। प्रीमियम ब्रांड से ऐसी घटिया सर्विस की उम्मीद नहीं थी। बेहद निराशाजनक! बिल्कुल भी संतुष्ट नहीं।

I visited this Kohler showroom with my fiancée to look for a replacement shower. Having seen Kohler fittings in a Taj hotel suite, I expected reliable quality and good value, assuming it was a practical choice for hotels buying in bulk. Much of Kohler’s catalogue also seems reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s expressions came across as unwelcoming and judgmental, leaving both of us confused about why she was behaving that way. All the other staff members were polite and courteous, including the lady who assisted us with the showers. The showers themselves were underwhelming for the prices quoted. I struggled to understand what justified the premium, and the designs on display didn’t convince me either. I was open to paying more for something that felt worth it, but the products I saw didn’t offer that value to me. With other premium brands available in India, I would explore those options before making a purchase.

Had a great experience at the Kohler Experience Center! The overall experience was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and professional. Special thanks to Gaurav Sir for his excellent guidance and support. He explained everything very well and made the visit even better. Highly recommended!
