Highly expensive store. (Double Price rates). Staff behavior is good but it's their trap to attract customers. Moreover there is no return and exchange on products which doesn't make any sense. It is much better to buy from any other retailer shops outside of Exhibition road.

For normal to medium range customers, better to look for some place which is more friendly. My experience was not good as sales person was either tired or not ready to show items. One extra star for a sales person on 2nd floor where he showed me many door locks as per my requirements.

Looter..over charge even more than mrp.. never go on recommendation of any builder.. they will charge almost double

The place has a great collection of interior designs, but unfortunately, the staff's behavior leaves much to be desired. They tend to be impolite, rude and unhelpful when you seek assistance or advice. I had a similar experience on the 2nd floor while inquiring about louvers. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this shop. You can easily find other stores in the area that offer similar collections at more affordable prices
