Had a great experience at Kohler studio and Vishakha was very informative and helpful.

Visited the place for seeing their range of products,however was given a limited viewing with zero interaction as we didn't come with an appointment.Thr their portal requested for an appointment and it's been 12 days since we are waiting to hear from them. Had heard of premium brands offering enhanced service. Seems this brand doesn't believe in it.

One of the most spectacular experiences of all the fixtures, bathing solutions and needs in one place. Its so good. They have everything for experience starting from rain showers, to most advanced anthem solutions to Wcs, sinks, taps and what not? Getting a feel of this before buying is a great experience for customers. Vishaka from Kohler did an excellent job of making us go through this experience. Her patience, attention to details and passion is what stood out while she was making us understand the products. Very practical. I could see her also helping us make decision between products. Overall Vishaka and Kavitha made a lasting impact of kohler. I will definitely recommend kohler to my friends and family.

But after that when I visited yesterday response was vv poor citing reasons of internal meetings Is it at cost of handling customers that internal meetings are held?
