It is the best place in Punjab if you are searching for sanitary ware. My experience was awesome.

Extremely disappointing experience with this showroom. The owner’s behavior was outright rude and highly unprofessional. We had placed an order for black items, and were told it would take 7–10 days. Instead, we had to wait for 15 days. Even after that delay, when we went to pick up, the items were incomplete. When we raised this concern, instead of resolving the issue, the owner very arrogantly said it wasn’t his fault and, shockingly, told us “if you don’t want, then don’t take, I will sell it elsewhere.” This level of misbehavior and lack of responsibility is unacceptable, especially from an exclusive showroom representing a reputed brand like Kohler. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
