Horrible response from the person who attended call

Absolutely pathetic service from Kohler India! I spent a premium installing their bath solution in my washroom, only for their own company technician to botch the installation completely. The shower knob has been stuck since day one, making the whole system unusable. It’s been over TWO WEEKS, and instead of fixing their mistake, they’re making excuses about waiting for a ‘replacement’ that still hasn’t arrived. Every time I call, they just give me another vague timeline and zero real solutions. A so-called ‘luxury’ brand with service this horrendous? What a joke! I can’t even use my own washroom after spending a fortune on this. Kohler India, get your act together—your customer service is an absolute disgrace!

Thay have all items and very genuine prices available in golden wings and I think it’s one of the best in Rajasthan…

I generally refrain myself from giving negative reviews about anyone but these people have been getting on my nerves. Let me clarify this review is NOT about the quality of Simpolo tiles but solely about the management of this particular Simpolo showroom in Golden Wings. I wish Google had an option to give ratings in Minus. Also I do have evidences about everything I will be writing henceforth. It’s a four month long harassing and frustrating experience wherein these guys had shown us different tiles in January 24 and then sent different shade tiles of different company in February 2024. Earlier when I raised concern about wrong tile, they were adamant that these are the same tiles and only packaging is different. It was only after tiling was done on one wall and our Interior Designer agreed that it is different tile, these guys consented to take the tiles back. That too after much persuasion and follow ups after more than a month they got those wrong tiles picked up in March 2024. And TILL TODAY i.e. May 10, 2024 WHEN I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED US OUR AMOUNT PAID FOR THOSE WRONG TILES. I have been reminding Mr. Tanmay Khandelwal, whom I believe is one of the owners, to refund the amount but there are only blue ticks showing the message has been read and no response. There have been no calls, no apologies of the wrongdoings rest alone refunding the amount which is hardly some 20-30K. This has so far been the cheapest and highly unethical experience which I have had since I have been looking into the renovation in our home. Even the smallest of vendors have the courtesy to apologise and refund money if we have returned their goods. Let me quote bill no. 5704 dated 2nd Feb 24 to establish the authencity of this review else these people will say that this review is fake. Somehow Google is showing errors while uploading the screenshots of the chats else I would have posted it also. To the people who are looking for tiles, my request here will be to avoid going to these people. If you want specifically Simpolo tiles, you can visit other showrooms like that one in Aatish Market where the management is more authentic. Also if your Architect / Interior Designer repeatedly insists on visiting this showroom saying this has the best collection, trust me either there is some relation or a commission involved. There are many many tile outlets which you can visit like Tileist Hub which is hardly a km ahead of this showroom, Jyoti Taps and Tiles - which deals with Nitco tiles, VnV Store in Vaishali Nagar - which deals with Qutone tiles, One showroom near S R Granite & Tiles in VKI area (I am forgetting the name, but it had one of the best collections of designer tiles), Kajaria Ceramics, Kasera Marble & Granite (for reasonable range) and many many more. You can even see Osaanj brand’s designer tiles. Honestly getting a renovation done already involves so many things and above it if you have face people like these who are ethically and morally bankrupt, it makes the process more tedious and frustrating. This has been my worst experience so far with Simpolo Gallery Golden Wings Tile Square. Edit on 09.07.2024 - Till today they have not refunded the amount to us despite repeated reminders.
