Extremely disappointed with Kohler’s product and service. The WC sensor and wash basin spa function stopped working within one day of installation. When I reported the issue, the technician claimed that water had entered the unit. This explanation is unacceptable because the product is installed in a bathroom, where exposure to water and moisture is normal. If the product cannot withstand a typical bathroom environment, then its suitability and quality are questionable. Instead of addressing the defect, excuses were given. For a premium brand, I expected much better product reliability and customer support. I request Kohler to take responsibility for the faulty product and provide a proper solution rather than denying the issue. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this brand.
