Finally, I got product. Thanks to God !!! It took nearly two months from my full payment. Horrible experience. Even employee's working in this showroom and warehouse are not happy. In warehouse, labors are working in 10 hours but company is not even providing basic requirements like drinking water. Owner hold labor wages for several months. Payments to vendors and rent are not paid properly. Overall complete mis-management, which will affect Kohler brand value.

Experienced worst sales and service. They are not honest. After received advance, they will not deliver the goods on time and not attending our calls. Report to Ananad but he is arrogant instead of help to sort-out the issue. Never recommend this showroom.
